Learning facts is just one of the parts of schooling that never seems to go away. The trick is to get them into the long-term memory well before they are needed in tests and exams.

We try to emphasis to our kids that the practice exams are just that, practice for the real thing.
By the time kids are in Year 9, their teachers should be giving them the “learning outcomes” for the topic they are on.
Like a lot of dyslexic kids, my girls love science.
